About me
Suman Devarasetti is currently a Vice President in U.S. Bank’s Payments Services, with primary focus on core modernization. A 17-year veteran of U.S. Bank, Suman started his career at the bank in sales and service management, subsequently holding various technology, product management roles in Retail Payment Solutions and Digital Platforms & Capabilities. He received U.S. Bank's most prestigious award "Legends of Possible" in 2020 for his contributions in Payments APIs technology architecture and governance. Suman is a serial innovator and graduated multiple innovation cohorts. He led Quantum Computing community, Sustainability Finance and GenAI innovation projects. He won "Lean Into Green" hackathon for building a green baking mobile application called 'EcoMe. Suman also received "U.S. Bank's Innovation Award 2023" for his innovation accomplishments. He recently joined back Retail Payment Solutions to lead card core modernization journey. In his current role he has led several proofs of concept and building Payments Abstraction Layer - The NextGen Payments Platform.
Suman holds a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, CT and a degree in Digital Business Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, MA.
