About me
I am a seasoned software engineer with over 12 years of experience in designing and managing large-scale platforms in cloud-native environments. At Databricks, I have led and contributed to several innovative projects that have scaled and automated our Kubernetes Compute Platform, meeting the growing demands of Databricks’ products. My significant contributions have been pivotal in launching Databricks' next-generation cloud infrastructure, a critical component in transitioning Databricks from a start-up to a medium-large tech company. This infrastructure project has empowered Databricks to successfully launch four top-priority products: Serverless SQL, Model Serving (LLM), and Vector Search (RAG). The adoption of these products has increased sixfold, demonstrating the effectiveness and scalability of the new platform.
