In his current role, Gagan is serving UnitedHealth Group/Optum as Sr. Principal Engineer and Director of Engineering.
With over 18 years of industry experience, Gagan has built and delivered various Enterprise capabilities - Enterprise Monitoring, Enterprise Telemetry, Enterprise Observability, product integrations, writing automations and self-healing modules leading to improved outcomes and consumer experience.
Gagan has led various cross-functional teams and programs to provide engineering and technical guidance on new products and capabilities and towards generating value from strategic technology investments as part of various Enterprise modernization and transformation initiatives to improve reliability, uptime and NPS.
